Being festive is about being happy, celebrating each day and enjoying your life to the full. Most people associate the word ‘festive’ with Christmas, but the word ‘festive’ can not just meant the winter season but is meant for all seasons of the year. You can be and feel festive every day of your life my friend 🙂 and the good news is have come up with three golden keys which demonstrate how you can be a festive person in your life, see below:
1) Live: If you want to be festive and have a feeling of happiness in your daily life then make sure that you are living your life to the full. Look after your health, get fit, sleep well, eat well, drink plenty of water, look after your skin, have a balanced diet. Life is for living and so make it a habbit to do the things that your truly enjoy such as socialising with friends, networking at events, going to play bowling, ice-skating and playing with your children. You will feel more festive when you are doing the things that make you feel good in your life. Let go of bad habbits and create the life that you want. You deserve to feel and be a festive person 🙂
2) Love: You are a beautiful and special person and you deserve to feel loved and cherished, you need to spend time loving yourself aswell as loving others. When you express love and receive love in your life; this will increase your feelings of festivity and joy. Life is about love. Love is the key to healthy relationships, love is the key to happiness, love is the key to self-accpectance. Learn to accept yourself for who you are.lso Also learn to tenderly love the people that are placed in your life and you will feel festive. Some people find it extremely hard to give love or accept love. Do not be one of those people who are hard and closed but instead embrace love and let it heal you and make you the whole and festive person that you were born to be.
3) Laugh: Laughter is the best medicine, laugher is the key to looking and feeling happy. Laughter is healing, it releases natural endorphines into the body and makes you feel good. Laughter is like a natural painkiller for your body and mind. Make it a habit to smile and laugh as much as possible. How can you laugh more in your life? How can you create more fun? Think of ways to make yourself laugh more i.e. watch more comedy programmes, watch more cartoons, be around funny people…avoid spending too much time with serious, miserable, complaining and down people but surround yourself with good things.
Have blessed day and good luck
